Warranty terms.

The plain-language terms behind the warranty summary. For the short version, see the warranty overview.

Draft terms. This is the working structure of the warranty. The binding, signed version replaces this text once finalized, and the PDF is posted here.

1. Product warranty (10 years)

Premium Pebble warrants that its finish products, when installed and maintained per the published specification and water-chemistry ranges, will be free from defects in the finish material for ten years from the date of installation. This covers the color, the bond to the pool shell, and the surface integrity of the finish itself.

2. Workmanship warranty (5 years)

An install performed by a Premium Pebble approved applicator carries a five-year workmanship warranty on the application, carried by that applicator. This covers the prep and application quality of the install, distinct from the product warranty above.

3. No registration required

Coverage applies to the install with no separate registration step. The owner should retain installation paperwork and proof of the install date to support any claim.

4. Owner responsibilities

Coverage assumes the pool is started up correctly and that water chemistry is kept within the National Plasterers Council ranges published in the care guide. Records of regular water testing and maintenance may be requested when a claim is made.

5. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage from water chemistry kept outside the published ranges, improper startup, neglect, abuse, ground movement, metal staining, scale, etching from aggressive water, or any cause originating outside the finish itself. Normal aging and variation inherent to a natural-aggregate finish are not defects.

6. Claims process

Claims begin with the approved applicator who performed the install. Product claims are coordinated with Premium Pebble. The owner should provide the install date, the finish, water-test history, and clear photographs of the condition.

7. Limitations

The remedies under this warranty are limited to repair or replacement of the affected finish, or refinishing the affected area, at Premium Pebble's or the applicator's discretion within their respective coverage. This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential costs except where required by law.

8. Care and chemistry

The water-chemistry ranges and the first-28-day startup that this warranty depends on are published in the care guide. Keeping water within those ranges is a condition of coverage.
